Join us as we engage participants in a unique group process that welcomes people in their authentic selves and supports dynamic group interactions. We all have physical and spiritual elements that prevent us from being fully alive. In this workshop, we will use Core Energetics techniques and exercises to allow you to be yourself and live more fully in the present moment.

This approach helps you to make contact with the important parts of yourself. It uncovers the power and goodness at the source of your being. It leads you to make contact with your deepest essence. As you release unexpressed energies, you will be able to create authentic connection while discovering the power and goodness at the source of who you really are.

A place of transformation and well-being. 

Take a journey this summer in a hotel estate surrounded by nature, dedicated to health, rest, and rejuvenation. An intimate setting in the heart of La Petite Nation, in the beautiful Outaouais region. The ” Centre de Vie” offers everything you need for transformation in an intimate setting where you feel right at home.

In this 6 day, 5 night retreat, you will work individually and in groups to explore, experience, and express your blocked and held energy. You will work on your relationship to yourself and explore relating to others in radically alive ways. You will find what stands in the way of your full potential for life.

This work is dynamic, respectful and cathartic. An interview is required if you are new to this work.
