For many of us, we see conflict as a source of pain or struggle; a threat to the security of our most important relationships and must be avoided at all costs. Others see that conflict is normal, even healthy, but still can’t seem to understand how to navigate it in a way that supports our relationships. In many relationships we get stuck having the same fights over and over again, wrapped up in conflicts that never seem to come to any kind of resolution. In this workshop we will work with real examples of conflict from participants, exploring the layers and complexity, in order to unravel them so we can find out what is at the root. If you want to learn how to transform conflict into the most powerful source of spiritual growth and transformation for relationships, then join us for this exciting workshop.

In this workshop we will explore:

• What is Conflict, and what it is not: The steps of integrated conflict
• Why some types of conflict stay stuck, and never move or get resolved.
• What are the control patterns that lead to conflict and why?
• The importance of navigating chaos or big emotions in Conflict.
• How primary feelings help to heal the wounds that are at the essence of every conflict.
• Why some people need more grounding to navigate conflict, and others need more charge!!
• Step by step process from self protection to a wide open heart.
• And much, much more.

Who should participate?
You may have experience with Core Energetics or you may be new to the approach. This weekend is for anyone , at any point in their journey who is ready to take another big step in their personal evolution. Discover powerful energetic techniques that can open you to your life force and allow for discoveries that support transformation in your life.

I invite you to watch a few episodes of an amazing web documentary that was done by David Sutcliff . The documentary is called “Group” and you can watch the episodes HERE. It is raw, vulnerable, at times difficult, very touching and incredibly profound.

For those interested, during lunch on Saturday , we’ll be offering a Q&A session to learn more about programs, groups, the CORE CREDIT or other next steps that might be undertaken as part of Core Energetics. You can either bring your lunch, or grab a sandwich from across the street and come back and join us! All questions are welcome.
